Good afternoon. My name is Kris with Green River Property Management, and I just wanted to hop on here for a quick second to answer a question for our tenants that I get all the time. And that is.
Does your company accept Section eight?
The short answer is yes, we do. We do all the time. But the longer answer, in case you're not sure how that works, is we are actually a management company for an individual owner of homes. So each owner has their own choice of whether they're going to allow, you know, Section eight for their property or not. So whether they participate in that program or not, we as a company, any owners that do elect to participate in it, we are absolutely happy to help you guys. However, if the owner does elect to not participate in, it will always, you know, indicate that on our Web site. So if there are homes that do accept it, it will be notated on there. And then if their homes that, you know, are not accepting it, you can always find that information on our Web site.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via email, on the phone, whatever you need to do.
