Well, what that means for you is that we are so confident in our ability to get you a qualified tenet efficiently that we actually do not collect any funds from you up front. We actually wait until we have secured everything for you, done all the work upfront after the tenant has been screened, secured, they're paying their funds and they're coming in to get their keys and pay their first month's rent. Only then do we actually go ahead and take our fee out at that time, so you can rest easy knowing that you don't have to pay us anything until all the work is done, everything's secured and you're actually ready to start getting your rental income coming in. So what that means for you is that once we've gone ahead and screened that tenant scheduled, they're moved in and they're actually in the property, if for any reason they're unable to fulfill at least six months of that lease. We're actually going to go ahead and do a new tenant placement for you completely free. So say that tenant gets a job transfer and they have to leave the area. That means we're going to go ahead and jump on it right away. We're gonna get with the screening and the placement and get that tenant moved. And for you, again, at no cost. So this is just another added bonus that we like to offer all of our clients to help mitigate some of those risks that can often be associated with having a rental property. So, of course, that's pretty much exactly what it sounds like if we do not rent your home in 30 days or less. You will actually get a free month of property management from us. So there are a few things that go into that. Of course, you have to make sure your home is rent ready. And we will go ahead and do a walkthrough for you. Let you know if there's anything that needs to be done. And he estimates things like that. We can handle all of that for you. So that is our pet guarantee. So what does that mean for you? That means that for any pet that we screen in place with our tenants, we're going to offer you an additional $1,500 coverage above and beyond whatever we hold for the security deposit. So if we hold $1,500 for the security deposit, that means that if there are pet damages above that $1,500, we will actually cover it up to $1,500. Again, it's not something that's super likely. We do thoroughly screen our tenants along with their pets. However, it's just an extra bit of comfort to give you that option to allow those type of tenants into your home. So another thing that pairs along with this that are we are very excited to announce is that we are partnering with petscreening.com. So they are the pros. They know what they're doing. So they are actually going to be helping us screen the pets along with the screening of the tenants. So we'll screen the tenants thoroughly, vet them for you. And then we actually partner with pet screening to screen their pets as well. So not only are you going to be getting a thoroughly screened tenant, but the pets are going to be screened as well. And you get that additional $1,500 coverage above and beyond the security deposit. So I'll keep it brief.
